Camera inspections
Air Duct & Chimney Camera Inspections
You should not have to take a cleaner's word for what is inside a duct or a flue. We run a camera and show you the footage.
Camera inspections are offered with duct cleaning and chimney service, and can also be done on their own where access allows.
What's included
- Camera run through accessible duct runs or the chimney flue
- On-screen review with you during the visit
- Before and after comparison when cleaning is performed
- Plain-language explanation of what is visible
Our process and equipment
- 1
Access
We find safe access points into the duct system or flue.
- 2
Inspect
The camera travels the accessible run while you watch.
- 3
Explain
We describe what is visible without exaggeration.
- 4
Compare
If we clean, we run the camera again afterward.
Materials and surfaces we treat
- Flexible and sheet-metal duct runs
- Plenums and returns
- Chimney flues where access allows
Honest limitations
- Not every duct run or flue can be reached by camera.
- A camera inspection is not a code inspection, a structural evaluation or a certified chimney safety inspection.
- We do not diagnose HVAC mechanical faults.
How to prepare
- Clear access to the air handler, vents or fireplace
- Have the fireplace cold and unused for at least 24 hours
Pricing
Pricing depends on the size of the area, fiber or material type, soil level, stain treatment and access. Call or text (866) 631-2244 for an exact quote before any work starts — you approve the price first.
