Pet stain & odor treatment

Pet Urine, Stain & Odor Treatment in Los Angeles

Pet urine is not a surface stain. It soaks through carpet into the backing, padding and sometimes the subfloor, and the odor returns whenever humidity rises unless the source is treated.

We locate affected areas, treat them directly, and tell you clearly when a spot is beyond what cleaning can fix.

What's included

  • Inspection of affected areas
  • Direct application of urine treatment to the affected zone
  • Sub-surface treatment where contamination has reached the padding
  • Thorough rinse and extraction
  • Cleaning of the surrounding area so there is no visible ring
  • Honest report on remaining odor risk

Our process and equipment

  1. 1

    Locate

We find the affected areas and check how far the contamination spread.

  2. 2

    Assess

We tell you upfront whether treatment, sub-surface treatment or padding replacement is realistic.

  3. 3

    Treat

Urine treatment is applied to the contaminated area with proper dwell time.

  4. 4

    Flush

The area is rinsed and extracted to remove residue and contamination.

  5. 5

    Finish

Surrounding carpet is cleaned so the treated area blends in.

Materials and surfaces we treat

  • Wall-to-wall carpet and padding
  • Area rugs (in-home or off-site)
  • Upholstery and mattresses

Honest limitations

  • Urine can permanently change carpet dye. Cleaning removes contamination; it cannot restore bleached or discolored fibers.
  • Heavy, repeated saturation may require padding replacement or subfloor sealing, which is outside our cleaning service.
  • We make no medical, allergen-reduction or sanitization percentage claims.

How to prepare

  • Show us every spot you know about, including old ones
  • Tell us what products you already used — some home treatments set stains
  • Keep pets away from treated areas until dry

Pricing

Pricing depends on the size of the area, fiber or material type, soil level, stain treatment and access. Call or text (866) 631-2244 for an exact quote before any work starts — you approve the price first.

FAQ

Pet stain & odor treatment questions

Will the smell come back?

Not if the contamination is fully removed. If urine reached padding or subfloor and those are not addressed, odor can return in humid weather. We tell you which situation you have.

Do you use a blacklight?

We inspect visually and by feel, and use a UV light when it helps locate spots that are not obvious.

Can you save the carpet or should I replace it?

We give you a straight answer after inspecting. Sometimes replacement of padding in one area is the honest recommendation.
