What we collect

When you call, text, email or submit a quote form we collect the name, phone number, email address, service address details and job description you choose to give us. Our forms also record the marketing source of your visit (for example a Google Ads click identifier or campaign tag) so we can understand which advertising works.

How we use it

We use your information to quote your job, schedule the appointment, carry out the work, invoice you, and follow up about that work. We do not sell your information.

Restoration referrals

Go4Cleaning provides emergency carpet water extraction and drying. When full structural restoration is required, we can coordinate service through a trusted independent restoration specialist.

We share your details with an independent restoration specialist only when you tick the consent box on the form or tell us to do so. You can decline and still receive Go4Cleaning's own water extraction and drying services.

Analytics and advertising

We use website analytics and advertising conversion measurement to see which pages and campaigns produce enquiries. These tools may set cookies in your browser.

Photographs and video

We publish job photographs only with the customer's permission, and we blur or remove faces, house numbers, documents and license plates before publishing.
