Emergency water extraction

Emergency Carpet Water Extraction & Drying

Go4Cleaning provides emergency carpet water extraction and drying. We remove standing water from carpet, extract from padding where possible, and set drying equipment.

When full structural restoration is required — walls, ceilings, flooring, demolition, reconstruction or mold work — we can coordinate service through a trusted independent restoration specialist. That work is performed by the partner, not by Go4Cleaning employees.

We only share your details with a restoration partner after you give explicit consent on our form or in writing.

What's included

  • Rapid extraction of water from carpet
  • Extraction from padding where the situation allows
  • Furniture blocking or removal from the wet area where practical
  • Air movers and drying equipment placement
  • Monitoring visits during the drying period as agreed
  • Referral to an independent restoration specialist when the damage is structural — only with your consent

  • Wall-to-wall carpet and padding
  • Area rugs affected by clean-water losses
  • Upholstery affected by water

Honest limitations

  • Go4Cleaning does not perform structural restoration, demolition, reconstruction, mold remediation or contaminated-water (category 3) work.
  • When structural restoration is needed we refer you to an independent specialist, and their licensing and insurance details come directly from them before you engage.
  • Cleaning appointments run 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. daily; calls and messages are answered 24/7. We do not promise overnight technician arrival.

How to prepare

  • Stop the water source and shut off power to the affected area if it is safe to do so
  • Lift small items and electronics off wet flooring
  • Photograph the damage for your insurance before anything is moved
