Honest limitations
- X-code fabrics can only be vacuumed — no wet or solvent cleaning.
- Sun-faded fabric, permanent dye damage, pilling and worn fibers cannot be reversed by cleaning.
- We do not clean under fixed decking or inside cushion cores where access is sealed.
How to prepare
- Remove cushions covers only if the manufacturer allows it — ask us first
- Clear items from and around the furniture
- Point out spills, pet spots and any DIY upholstery product already used

How long until we can sit on it?
Typically a few hours. Dense fabrics and closed rooms take longer; we can set air movers.
Where is the fabric code?
Usually on a tag under a cushion or on the underside of the frame. If there is no tag, we test and choose the safest method.
Do you clean the cushion inserts?
We clean the covers and surfaces. Foam and fiber inserts are not wet-cleaned, since they retain moisture.
