Terms of service
Quotes and pricing
Prices depend on the size, material and condition of what is being cleaned. Any figure given over the phone is an estimate until we see the job. We confirm the price before work begins and we do not add charges afterwards without your agreement.
Results
We do our honest best on every job, but not every stain, odour or wear pattern can be removed. Permanent dye loss, bleach damage, sun fading, delamination and heavy wear are not reversible by cleaning. We will tell you what we expect to achieve before we start rather than after.
Access and preparation
Please clear small items, fragile objects and valuables from the work area and ensure parking and access are available. We will move ordinary furniture where it is safe to do so.
Water damage services
Go4Cleaning provides emergency carpet water extraction and drying. Full structural restoration, mould remediation and insurance-scope reconstruction are performed by an independent restoration specialist, engaged separately and only with your consent. Go4Cleaning does not present itself as a licensed restoration contractor.
Scheduling and cancellations
Appointments run 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. daily. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule so we can offer the slot to someone else.
