Most residential carpet is cleaned with truck-mounted or portable hot-water extraction: we pre-inspect, pre-treat soiled lanes and spots, agitate, then rinse and extract so the carpet dries quickly instead of staying damp.

Small items moved, corner guards placed, hoses routed to protect walls and doorways.

Pre-treat
Traffic lanes and spots get a dwell-time pre-spray matched to the fiber.

Extract
Hot-water extraction rinses the pre-treatment and soil out of the pile.

Finish
Pile grooming, air movers when helpful, and a walk-through so you can see the result.

Honest limitations
- Permanent dye loss, bleach spots, wear patterns, filtration soiling along baseboards and delamination cannot be reversed by cleaning.
- Some older stains are permanent. We tell you before we start rather than after.
- Cleaning is not a repair service — we do not re-stretch, patch or re-install carpet.
How to prepare
- Pick up small items, toys and cords from the floor
- Tell us about pets, allergies and any spots you have already treated yourself
- Plan for a parking spot for the van where possible
- Keep pets in a separate room while we work

Carpet cleaning questions
How long does carpet take to dry?
Typically a few hours with good airflow. Drying is slower in closed rooms, in humid coastal weather and on thick pile. We can set air movers to speed it up.
Do you move furniture?
We move small, safe-to-move items. We do not move beds, pianos, electronics, china cabinets or anything fragile or unusually heavy.
Can you get old stains out?
Some come out completely, some improve, and some are permanent dye damage. We inspect first and tell you what to expect before you commit.
How often should carpet be cleaned?
A common starting point is every 12–18 months, but the carpet manufacturer and warranty should control. Condition, traffic, pets and spills may justify earlier cleaning.
