We assess fibers and backing, remove dry soil where needed, then use suitable pre-treatment and extraction. Worn pile and permanent dye damage are not removable soil. Area rugs receive a separate assessment.
Book around the building, not just the room count
Share legal parking, garage clearance, gates, elevator reservations and the unloading route. Check vendor hours and paperwork with your building manager before scheduling.
We plan suitable equipment, including portable extraction where appropriate. Clear small items and cords from the route, keep shared corridors accessible, and arrange any required loading permission.

Coastal humidity, thick pile and limited circulation can slow drying. We discuss ventilation and air movers to suit the room; open windows only when weather and security allow. Drying time varies.
Plan usable seating and walking areas while carpet dries, and keep pets off damp surfaces. Mention recurring odor and products already used: contamination in backing or padding may need targeted treatment beyond routine cleaning. We explain scope and approve the price before starting.

Can you work in a condo with restricted vendor hours?
Share the permitted hours, elevator reservation process and any access requirements before booking. We confirm whether the visit can be arranged within the building's rules.
Does humid weather mean the carpet cannot be cleaned?
Humidity affects drying rather than establishing a universal yes or no. We assess room conditions and airflow and discuss a drying plan. Thick pile and closed rooms may need more time.
Is routine carpet cleaning enough for old pet odor?
Not always. Urine may have reached backing or padding. We inspect and discuss targeted treatment; repeated saturation can require repairs outside our cleaning service. No complete odor-removal promise is made without assessment.
