Tell us which bedrooms or seating areas must remain available. Plan work and drying around room use, and keep belongings and electrical leads clear of the cleaning route.
Carpet cleaning with room-by-room priorities
Whether you are refreshing occupied rooms or preparing a tenancy change, send the carpeted areas, approximate sizes and spots that need attention. Include halls and closets only if you want them assessed as part of the quote.
Access affects the setup, while fiber and soil guide treatment. Clear small items without assuming beds or heavy furniture will be moved. Keep foot traffic away while the carpet dries; ventilation and pile affect the timing.
Couches, area rugs and mattresses
For shared seating or a favorite couch, send care-tag and furniture photos with the spills or oily areas you want assessed. We select care by fabric, not by the building or furniture size alone; sealed cushion interiors are outside accessible surface cleaning.
List rugs and mattresses separately. Rug pickup may require handling through an elevator, while a mattress needs uncovered drying time. If it is your only bed or couch, discuss how to keep the household comfortable during the visit.
Offices and shared-system coordination
For office carpet and upholstered chairs, identify suites, common areas and the person authorized to approve each. Share operating hours and vendor requirements; common corridors are not automatically included with a private suite.
